Meet Ricardo Pinnock

My earliest camera experience is being on-camera talent for my dad as a child; honestly, I was a natural. Two decades later, I have found purpose in sharing my fluency and fluidity in and around cameras with others. Since starting my photography journey in 2017, I've amassed tons of experience: creative directing on the fly, completing pre-production for shoots, shooting social content for technology and e-commerce brands, procuring light and audio vendors, fine-tuning file management systems, etc.

 

I have been featured in a few small digital publications in New York, NY and Ocala, FL. My work has been accepted into galleries in Houston, TX and New York, NY. My latest product developments have been in photobooks, where I have been using scrapbooking to develop photobooks. I hold degrees from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and The Horace Mann School in Bronx, NY. My degrees are in Africana Studies and Communications Studies. Shoutout to baddies in the humanities because we are the real critical thinkers who go on to shake the status quo. There is a master's degree pursuit in the near future.
